Duration
  • One challenge room experience is a total of 30 minutes
  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked in session so we can brief you on the game play, show you to your room and have you playing as soon as possible

  • Reservations are required. Please follow booking instructions to redeem and select a booking date
  • The vouchers can only be redeemed online, they cannot be used in person or for walk-ins
  • The vouchers are valid for online redemption until the specific expiry date. Any unredeemed, unused vouchers past the expiry date will be forfeited
  • Vouchers are valid on the specific activity listed on the voucher, from Monday to Sunday

Cancellation Policy
  • No refunds will be given for a change of mind. This includes partial or full refunds
  • To change a booking, you can do so by calling our concierge team at least 24 hours prior to the booking, and is subject to availability and price
  • You will not incur additional charges for the changed booking
